How does it work?
The process is simple. Your launche the software on your desktop and inserts the checks into the scanner. The checks are sent electronically to Infinity Data’s check processing center. So, there’s no more deposit slips to fill out or trips to the bank. CheckStation™ records and permanently stores the entire check data including the customer name, date, invoice number, dollar amount, and an exact replica of the front and back of the check. There’s no need to ever make a photocopy of a check again. CheckStation™ works with virtually any account management software. And you can control the processing of multiple locations and share that information remotely with other people in their company. Plus, The Exchange technical support professionals will work with your team to install the equipment and software.

Infinity Data has over 10 years of payment processing experience with credit cards, debit cards, check guarantee and ACH. With Check 21, it was a natural progression for us to develop a remote deposit capture solution. We have an experienced staff and infrastructure in place including a customer service call center and technical staff for installation, training and maintenance. Our goal from the beginning has been to offer a turnkey system that takes all of the burden of a remote deposit capture solution off of banks and even gives them a share of the profits.

We even have a sales force in place that will help sell the process to your customers and we can provide merchandising materials like banner ads for your website, sales literature and point-of-purchase signage and displays.
