How the CheckStation™ system works for your customers:
• Launch the CheckStation™ software on your PC desktop, insert the checks into the scanner and click the scan check icon. The checks are quickly scanned and the data is sent electronically to The Exchange check processing center. 
• CheckStation™ records and stores the entire check data including the customer name, date, number, dollar amount, and an exact replica of the front and back of the check. There’s no need to ever make a photocopy of a check again.
• CheckStation™ also allows check data to be instantly reconciled with virtually any account management software including Great Plains, Sage, and Quick Books. And the information may be securely shared between other people in the company, even in entirely different locations.
